[This shot is a lesson in keeping a low center of gravity when leaning off a bridge to get just the right angle.] The mudslide that occurred during the 1980 eruption of Mount Saint Helens changed the course and elevation of the Toutle River. New growth has taken hold on the banks where the mud settled. Mount Saint Helens, Washington.
